Up North Property Management has partnered with Osa Property Management to facilitate this and to take advantage of Osa Property Management’s Airbnb Superhost Status, Vrbo PremierHost status and their relationship with Homes + Villas by Marriott Bonvoy (and their 200 million+ members). 

Guest Management and Concierge Services 

Up North Property Management facilitates everything that Guests will need. 

We take care of every aspect of Guest Management and Guest relations. This involves preparing your home for Guests (cleaning, ensuring everything is working properly), communicating with Guests and providing local recommendations, any needed transportation options, reservations and excursion planning. 

We work with local tour operators to help ensure our Guests receive the best experience(s) from local experts. 

Maintenance, Repairs and Home Infrastructure Management

Up North Property Management will keep your vacation rental home in wonderful condition. For most minor repairs we will simply get them fixed – for larger repairs we will provide a written estimate from a reliable service provider.
